About 25 years ago, I had a massage from someone in Saint Helena, California, it was my first massage and it was so amazing. Ever since then I have been searching for a massage that could compare and I finally found it!!! After a 26 hours of continuous travel I was in need and this was the cure. I’m almost afraid to give this review because once people find out I won’t be able to get booked for an appointment it was so good. 3 days later and I’m still raving about it! I had the prenatal massage at Rema's Luxury Day Spa for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing! As a first-time pregnant mom, my body has been exhausted, sore, and full of tension, and this massage was exactly what I needed. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely cared for.

The spa itself is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly clean. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff was professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience.
One thing I also love is their loyalty punch card! Every visit gets you a punch, and once it's filled up, you receive $10 off your next massage. It's such a nice perk and gives me another reason to keep coming back.

As I walked in I was greeted by both staff members who were very kind and welcoming. The establishment was very clean and well organized with a beautiful setup. Both ladies were very knowledgeable as well and helpful when it came to understanding the benefits of a foot detox bath. Considering this was my first time ever having this done, I did not know what to expect. Once I was done, my legs felt relieved and not as heavy as before. The best part about this experience, I was provided cucumber water as I relaxed in this amazing spa.

I booked a last-minute prenatal massage with Rema and could not be more grateful. The online booking was quick and easy, and Rema was absolutely worth it. I'd been struggling with severe back pain from pregnancy that was affecting my sleep, walking, and standing for a long time.
Rema was incredibly knowledgeable about pregnancy, pressure points, and took the time to target the specific areas bothering me most. She stretched and worked out the tension in ways that actually made a difference, that night was the first time I slept without pain in months. On top of all that, she is just so easy to talk to and genuinely warm, which made the whole experience even better. I'd had a prenatal massage elsewhere about a month prior and while it was pleasant, it didn't touch the pain. This was a completely different experience.
It's been several days and I've had zero pain at night, I'm walking multiple times a day, and standing no longer hurts. As someone who stays pretty active, this has been life-changing during my pregnancy. Highly recommend Rema, and a huge thank you for squeezing me in!...more

Rema is an absolute miracle worker. After my home birth following 70 hrs back labor I could barely get up off the floor and my feet swelled several shoe sizes. She worked on my diastisis, released the knots blocking my lymph & then did lymphatic. My sacrum was bulging & incredibly painful & she fixed it. She found & worked on my carpal tunnel & holding my baby no longer hurt. I'm so much more comfortable i didn't know what to work on today but thought my chronic back tension was related to jaw clenching. I thought it was normal for my jaw to pop when i opened it. She did a TMJ massage -- faschia release on one side & then used ultrasound to release the muscles. My jaw no longer pops!

Edited to add: I was super nervous about doing these appointments with a newborn. But my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Baby girl comes with me and Rema helps soothe her when she gets fussy. If she needs to eat, I'll even breastfeed while we continue the massage!...more

It’s been 5 weeks since I’ve gotten chin lipo done in Mexico. It hasn’t been an easy ride but going to rema for post op massages has been so helpful during this healing process. I drive an hour away to see rema. There’s no one out there offering a lot of her services! At first we began with gentle lymphatic drainage and as time progressed we were able to do more treatments like cooling vibration, cupping, and ultrasound therapy. Update: The owner contacted me to see how to make my experience better. I had an hour Swedish with Daniella, complimentary. It was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time, she was very kind and accommodating. I will rebook with Daniella specifically next time for the pressure I need however again the other therapist was also very kind and accommodating during my initial session but I did not get the pressure level needed even after asking. Again great customer service and very kind staff.

I booked a last-minute appointment the evening before a morning availability. And unfortunately, my experience was just OK. I believe my therapist was likely new and that was received during my entire experience. Though she had really good energy—very calming, very accommodating, I asked for more pressure during the massage yet I never really fully got the pressure level I needed. I did feel better after my massage but the experience wasn’t good enough for me to return. Again, great customer service and very accommodating, However, the massage was just OK for me. I did pay extra for the fat burning add-on however definitely did not feel that it was worth it. It was fairly awkward utilizing the red light mat for my legs. It was explained that typically most people want it for belly fat burning so again it was an awkward experience utilizing the mat for for my back thigh area with someone who again was a new massage therapist/new to this spa....more

I had my first six lymphatic drainage sessions done by someone who unfortunately didn’t know what they were doing, and it really affected one side of my stomach. It was painful, discouraging, and honestly a really tough mental space to be in.
Then I found Rema’s Secrets and everything changed.
After just four sessions with Rema, my stomach looks completely different. She corrected what had been done, evened everything out, and most importantly, I finally feel relief. The difference is unreal. Rema has been such a light during a time that can feel really overwhelming. I had such a good experience at Rema’s Secrets Luxury Day Spa. I came in for a massage. I have a tender muscle group and briefly communicated that to the masseuse. She understood the assignment completely and gave me a really nice massage without me having to give direction on how to handle my sensitive back area. It was relaxing and I fell asleep a couple of times! I also appreciated how soon I was able to come in for a massage - after traveling for a week, I needed a massage ASAP and Rema’s Secret came in clutch for me.

The spot itself is super cute! It’s really a girls dream spa. None of those boring muted colors, dimmed lights or stone motifs - Rema’s Secret is for the girls - pink and glittery, with super cute, modern decor. That being said, she also offers couples massages and I plan on coming by with my husband for one! Rema’s Secret offers so many other services besides massages. First of all. I requested an appointment t at the last minute, late in the afternoon/evening, and in short. 2 ladies-Catalina and Pamela-both returned to accommodate me after leaving for the day. The experience itself was like no other, as ive had numerous massages in the past. Catalina knew what she was doing and that was apparent! In addition, she knew pressure points and did assessments on my body that resulted in knowing where the problem areas were without having to tell her! My partner purchased us a couples massage + a microdermabrasion w/ enzyme facial and lip filler for me. The massage was wonderful, Rema targeted my lower back as I mentioned to her that I deal with lower back pain. It's been 4 days since the massage and I still haven't felt pain in my lower back, clearly I needed it! The facial was wonderful and relaxing, my skin felt smooth and hydrated after. I'm so happy with the results. The lip filler was a last minute add on and I was happy to find out it's a needless procedure.
Rema was up front that lips go down 30% once fully settled after 3 days however my lips still do have a nice plump look to them regardless. I have been experiencing several small bumps on my lips since after but was instructed by Rema to continue massaging them and she offered me to come back to the salon if they don't reduce so she can use a special tool to help massage them out. They should settle on their own but it does feel a bit weird so I don't think 'll be getting that service again. I had booked a couples’ massage for my boyfriend’s birthday at Rema’s shop, and it fully exceeded our expectations. Rema warmly welcomed us just as we arrived. The front desk attendant was super friendly and made conversation with us while we waited for our massage room to be ready.

The massage was exactly what I wanted: a relaxing Swedish massage with firmer pressure on my tense areas. My boyfriend really enjoyed his massage also, and our muscles were so relaxed when we left the place that we just wanted to head home and sleep. Rema and Tatyana did an excellent job at kneading our sore muscles and giving us some much needed peace and relaxation after a stressful week.

I called Rema earlier today to inquire about chin sculpting due to years of me hating the ripples I had under my chin. All of this was from my lymphatic acid building up in that area that hadn’t been drained and some of it fat. She was extremely knowledgeable and told me to send her pictures to further recommend the treatment I needed.

I booked an appointment an hour later and as soon as I walked in, I immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed our conversation. She walked me through everything she was gonna do and throughout the entire treatment explained what she was doing and the effects.

She kept saying how much she strives to make people feel comfortable in their own skin and it showed with her attention to detail and love for what she does. All in all, the treatment lasted about an hour and a half and not gonna lie, I felt skeptical of the results because of how stubborn my skin has been for years. I got up and looked in the mirror and I saw results right away! I couldn’t believe it. It’s not exactly the way I’m expecting my face to be but the first treatment, I already look 40% better and will probably be coming in for a 2nd treatment in a couple weeks.

I am completely blown away by the services I received from Rema at this spa. She is incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable, and truly well-versed in her craft. I was initially searching for an acne facial for my teenage son, and this spa was the only one in the area offering exactly what I was looking for.

While browsing their services, I noticed they offer a wide range of facial and body treatments, and I knew I had to book something for myself as well. From the moment I booked, Rema, who is also the owner, reached out to ensure that the services I requested were accurately noted. Her attentiveness and communication were exceptional.

When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by Rema and her amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and professional.
