Get answers to common questions about Chest Muscles EMS.
EMS delivers targeted electrical impulses that trigger powerful involuntary contractions in pectoral muscles, simulating thousands of repetitions. This builds muscle density and tone over sessions. Treatments are customizable and supervised, focusing on muscle remodeling rather than fat reduction.
When administered by trained staff and after medical screening, EMS is safe for most clients. It’s not recommended for those with pacemakers, implanted electrical devices, active infections, or during pregnancy. We review your health history and adapt protocols or recommend alternatives when necessary.
Most clients see meaningful improvements after a series of 6–8 sessions, scheduled two to three times per week. Individual results vary based on fitness level and goals. We offer tailored plans and maintenance sessions to sustain tone and strength after initial course.
EMS primarily stimulates muscle contraction to increase density and firmness; it does not directly burn significant fat. Improved muscle tone can change chest appearance, often making it appear firmer or slightly fuller. Combine with proper diet and cardio for fat reduction goals.
Most clients report a strong tingling or pulsing sensation rather than pain. Intensity is gradually increased and tailored to comfort levels. After treatment you may experience mild muscle soreness similar to a workout; this typically resolves within one to two days.
Your session begins with a brief consultation and skin check. Conductive pads are placed on the chest and intensity is adjusted. You’ll feel rhythmic contractions during a 20–30 minute program while resting comfortably. Post-care advice and follow-up scheduling conclude the visit.
