What to Expect During Session
Your 75 MINUTES session begins with a short intake to note pressure preferences and any areas of concern. The treatment combines a full-body massage with a dedicated fifteen-minute foot reflexology focus to ground the body and relieve stress. Arrive a few minutes early—Rema's location in Fair Oaks Village is convenient for commuters using Sunrise Blvd and Highway 50.
Therapists tailor pressure and focus based on your feedback; please tell us if you prefer firmer or lighter work. Many guests find that targeted attention to problem areas and the feet leads to better sleep and reduced daily discomfort. If you have a preferred therapist, indicate that when booking and staff will try to accommodate your request.
How The Foot Focus Helps
The fifteen-minute foot segment concentrates on reflex points and kneading of the arch, heel and ball — areas that absorb daily loading. While we do not promise medical results, clients frequently report feeling more grounded and noticing less foot fatigue after the focused work, especially following travel, long days on their feet, or event-related standing.
Fair Oaks residents and visitors who walk the American River Parkway or attend local events find the foot focus particularly useful. The service is busiest in May, November and December when travel and holiday activity increase standing and walking; booking ahead during those months helps secure preferred times and therapists.
Choosing Pressure And Therapist
Communicate pressure and specific problem areas early so your therapist can adapt technique across the session. Reviews show that asking for adjustments improves results; if the pressure isn’t right, speak up and the therapist will recalibrate. This session suits people seeking relief from everyday tension, tired feet, and those preparing for busy days or special events.
Online booking is quick and straightforward for last-minute or planned appointments, and many repeat guests appreciate the loyalty punch card perk mentioned by clients. The spa serves Fair Oaks and nearby communities such as Orangevale and Rancho Cordova, making it an easy stop for commuters and families prioritizing daytime or weekend bookings.
