I booked a last-minute prenatal massage with Rema and could not be more grateful. The online booking was quick and easy, and Rema was absolutely worth it. I'd been struggling with severe back pain from pregnancy that was affecting my sleep, walking, and standing for a long time.
Rema was incredibly knowledgeable about pregnancy, pressure points, and took the time to target the specific areas bothering me most. She stretched and worked out the tension in ways that actually made a difference, that night was the first time I slept without pain in months. On top of all that, she is just so easy to talk to and genuinely warm, which made the whole experience even better. I'd had a prenatal massage elsewhere about a month prior and while it was pleasant, it didn't touch the pain. This was a completely different experience.
It's been several days and I've had zero pain at night, I'm walking multiple times a day, and standing no longer hurts. As someone who stays pretty active, this has been life-changing during my pregnancy. Highly recommend Rema, and a huge thank you for squeezing me in!...more

Rema is an absolute miracle worker. After my home birth following 70 hrs back labor I could barely get up off the floor and my feet swelled several shoe sizes. She worked on my diastisis, released the knots blocking my lymph & then did lymphatic. My sacrum was bulging & incredibly painful & she fixed it. She found & worked on my carpal tunnel & holding my baby no longer hurt. I'm so much more comfortable i didn't know what to work on today but thought my chronic back tension was related to jaw clenching. I thought it was normal for my jaw to pop when i opened it. She did a TMJ massage -- faschia release on one side & then used ultrasound to release the muscles. My jaw no longer pops!

Edited to add: I was super nervous about doing these appointments with a newborn. But my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Baby girl comes with me and Rema helps soothe her when she gets fussy. If she needs to eat, I'll even breastfeed while we continue the massage!...more

Update: The owner contacted me to see how to make my experience better. I had an hour Swedish with Daniella, complimentary. It was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time, she was very kind and accommodating. I will rebook with Daniella specifically next time for the pressure I need however again the other therapist was also very kind and accommodating during my initial session but I did not get the pressure level needed even after asking. Again great customer service and very kind staff.

I booked a last-minute appointment the evening before a morning availability. And unfortunately, my experience was just OK. I believe my therapist was likely new and that was received during my entire experience. Though she had really good energy—very calming, very accommodating, I asked for more pressure during the massage yet I never really fully got the pressure level I needed. I did feel better after my massage but the experience wasn’t good enough for me to return. Again, great customer service and very accommodating, However, the massage was just OK for me. I did pay extra for the fat burning add-on however definitely did not feel that it was worth it. It was fairly awkward utilizing the red light mat for my legs. It was explained that typically most people want it for belly fat burning so again it was an awkward experience utilizing the mat for for my back thigh area with someone who again was a new massage therapist/new to this spa....more
