Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about 30mins Deep Massage.

We concentrate on a single problem area—usually one or two adjacent muscle groups—using focused pressure. Therapist will assess, prioritize the knot, and work efficiently within thirty minutes to break adhesions and increase mobility for rapid relief.

Deep tissue can feel intense but shouldn’t be unbearable. Our therapists adjust pressure to your comfort, communicate throughout, and use techniques to minimize discomfort. Mild soreness for 24 to 48 hours is normal; drink water and use heat or ice.

Many clients notice immediate eased tension and improved range of motion after the session. Full benefits often develop over the next one to three days as circulation and tissue remodeling continue. Short follow-ups can enhance lasting relief.

Because this is a thirty-minute express service, therapists focus on one primary issue. They may address adjacent areas briefly, but multiple separate problem zones require a longer appointment. Book a 60- or 90-minute deep session for comprehensive treatment.

Follow-up recommendations depend on the issue. Acute knots may resolve after one session, while chronic tension often needs a series. Therapists will suggest frequency—anywhere from weekly initial visits to monthly maintenance—plus targeted stretches and at-home care.

This massage isn’t suitable with certain conditions: active infection, open wounds, recent surgery, uncontrolled blood clots, or severe osteoporosis. Pregnancy and some medical issues require modifications or clearance. Disclose medical history and your therapist will advise whether it’s safe.
